I work with a prominent restaurant in Minneapolis, MN that has a cult-like following for its homemade peanut butter. Demand is such that we are in need of a manufacturer able to help increase production. We’re projecting the need to produce approximately 15,000 pounds of our existing crunchy peanut butter in 2014 and perhaps 7,500 pounds of our new creamy, which will be introduced in late May. We’re also discussing a co-branded Elvis Banana peanut butter with Elvis Presley Enterprises and hope to introduce it this fall.
